HOW TO BUY ?

*Please go through all the details at 'TERMS AND CONDITIONS',
'PAYMENT GUIDE' and 'SHIPMENT'.

*Select the items you wish to purchase.

*Read carefully all the details of the items you choose.

*Find out the shipping costs and item's delivery dates at :
'SHIPPING COSTS AND SCHEDULE'.

*Add up total amount of the items and shipping fees as your consider.

*Email or fax to us for further information (if you need),
before you make decision to purchase.

*After decided to buy an item, contact us to make order reservation by
email or fax.

*We will inform if the items is out of stock.

*The order reservation is effection for maximum 3 days for your payment processing.

*Order will be cancel automatically without notification ~
if the payment is not make in within the item's reservation period.

*Kindly make payment to confirm your order by time ~
(during the item's reserved period).

*We will only process to confirm the order after we received the full payment (included shipping fees).

*Click 'HOW TO PAY' to find out how to make payment.

*Follow the payment instruction to make payment.

*Keep or save the bank slip, payment transaction or online transfer reference.

*Once your payment is make ~ please email or fax to us to confirm order.

*To confirm order, your information must contain the details as below -:-

Payment details : (amount, date, time...)
Item's code :
Buyer's name :
Recipient name :
Item's delivery address :
Buyer's email address :
Buyer's others contact : (fax number/mobile phone number)(if necessary)


*Copy of the bank in slip, payment transaction or
online fund transfer reference is firmly required ~
attach with the said 'order confirmation info' above.


*We will verify the ~ payment details, order details, delivery address,
recipient, shipping fees and buyer's contact after received buyer's information.

*Once the payment transaction is successful,
you will receive 1st email to confirm your order.

*Item will send to your delivery address by courier.

*After item has been shipped ~
we will send you 2nd email for the shipment details ~
which containing the courier tracking number.

*Check on the 'SHIPPING COSTS AND SCHEDULE'
for the delivery schedule.

*For the reference purpose, kindly sign the receiving document which attached with the item.

*Our items is sending out every working day before 13.30 (Malaysia).
Order confirm after 13.30 will be send out on next working day ~
(Malaysia working day).

*Any delays in shipment, or unavailable of the purchased item, will be noticed through email.

*For further information request, or delays of  delivery,
please contact us, we will try our best to solve for you.
