*Buyer can check the delivery schedule and fees at :
'SHIPPING COSTS AND SCHEDULE'.

*If buyer needs more details regarding the item's delivery schedule and fees, please contact us, we will reply as soon as possible.

*The shipping costs is calculated in RM (Ringgit Malaysia) and in 'document' category. (charges will be different if in parcel)

*All shipment charges are estimated and may vary due to charges in currency rates.

*Customer will be required to pay the estimated shipment charge quoted by us.

*Shipment fees will be responsibility of the buyer side.

*Shipping costs is not refundable.

*Shipping charges and delivery times is depend on the item's weight and delivery location.

*Once the payment transaction is successful, we will clarify the item's delivery address and recipient, item will be packed and ship out by courier.

*Once the item has been shipped, we will email to buyer regarding the courier tracking number.

*For order which confirm after 13.30 (Malaysia),
item will send out by the next working day (Malaysian working day).

*We will make sure the items are in good condition before it sent out by courier,
but we do not responsible for any item's damaged, lost, delay or any inconvenience during the delivery.

*There might be additional customs or tarriffs duties charges on buyer side, its depending on the buyer's country customs regulation, regarding this issue, kindly inform buyer to check from their local customs.

*It would be the responsibility of buyer side if there is any customs or tariffs charges.
